Sports

First Baptist Church of Peoria is actively involved in sports ministry. We offer an opportunity to be active in athletics during all seasons.

Whether you prefer softball, basketball, or even dartball, chances are you will find a game to join here. Competition is not the name of the game at First Baptist. Rather, sports participation is an opportunity to exercise, have fun, and interact with other members of the church family. Consider joining the activity of your choice and be prepared to enjoy yourself.

Men's Softball

Is held for men over the age of 18 during evenings, May through August. A tournament is held at the end of the season.

Basketball

Is held during the winter months on a designated evening.

Dartball

Is played in friendly competition against teams from other local churches. Statistics are kept and awards are presented fo leaders during an awards banquet at season's end.
